The Stats from "My line up"

Post by jacfan » Tue Jul 03, 2007 3:01 pm

Some interesting results here. Some not unexpected and some totally unexpected.

Keep in mind that only 8 people put in their list so the results are based on 8 different lists. :D

Topping the list with the full 8 points available

Ayrton Senna
Alain Prost
Michael Schumacher

Interesting that they are the only drivers all 8 of us would have in their list.

On 7 points

JM Fangio
Nigel Mansell

On 6 points

Giles Villeneuve
Jack Brabham
Jackie Stewart
Nelson Piquet
Niki Lauda
Jim Clark

On 5 points

Stirling Moss
Fernando Alonso
Mika Hakkinen
Alberto Ascari

On 4 points

James Hunt
Jochen Rindt
Chris Amon

On 3 points

Carlos Reutemann
Phil Hill
Graham Hill
Denny Hulme
Jody Scheckter
Lewis Hamilton
Alan Jones
Jacques Villeneuve
John Surtees

On two points

Mark Webber
Gerhard Berger
Mike Hawthorn
Piers Courage
Damon Hill
Bruce McLaren
Dan Gurney
Mario Andretti

And the rest on one point each... though the last 11 names should really have a lot more points..... :ROTFLMAO:

Elio de Angelis
Nino Farina
Riccardo Patrese
Rubens Barrichello
David Coulthard
Ronnie Peterson
Clay Regazzoni
Emerson Fittipaldi
Jacky Ickx
Bern Rosemeyer
Tazio Nuvolari
Rene Arnoux

Thanks jacfan.

I'm not surprised that Michael, Senna and Prost got picked by all of us. I did expect a couple of others to picked by us all including Fangio and Stewart.

It's a pity more people did not take part.

I would have thought that more would have put Jim Clark into their list.

Fangio's absence, as Southernman pointed out, is another surprise.
