R25 Launched

The Renault F1 team today launched the R25 in Monte-Carlo. The team's Chairman Patrick Faure set yet another ambitous target for 2005 and that is to be able to challenge Ferrari for wins this year ... more

renault will challenge ferrari

the last 3 years they acheived their targets, most notably last year when they built a completely new engine but still managed 3rd

with the super traction control, the great chassis that isn't hard on tyres and updated engine and of course alonso and fisichella they will fly :D

and why ? last year they didn't have many engine or gearbox problems, this year they should have less ?

they have had "engine problems" in practice. And having to move the gearbox forward due to the new regs could catch more than one team out. :wink:

i haven't read about their engine problems!
