Re: Round of Britain '17 - Picks and comments
Well, here be my picks for this weekend's British GP. I seemed to have crashed over the last couple of rounds so take these with a grain of salt.
Winner: Lewis Hamilton
Second: Sebastian Vettel
Third: Valtteri Bottas
Fourth: Daniel Ricciardo
Fifth: Max Verstappen
Sixth: Kimi Raikkonen
Seventh: Felipe Massa
Eighth: Sergio Perez
Ninth: Carlos Sainz
Tenth: Esteban Ocon
Pole: Lewis Hamilton
Home in England, Lewis will get his mojo back. He really seemed down last weekend but maybe it was the grid penalty he knew was hanging over his head. With his adoring fans packed to the rafters in Silverstone, he will be a hard man to topple.

Saw on TV that Webber thinks Red Bull might be in with a shot. I think that's optimistic, but Ricciardo is on a great run of form.

Well Thaddeus, I'm a loyal tifosi, but I fear Silverstone is not Seb's circuit On the other hand Lewis loves this place and will really put his name on it this sunday.
1. Lewis Hamilton (will probably manage a grand slam this week end: pole, fastest lap and win )
2. Valteri Bottas (will keep his bid alive with second and be very very smooth about it, blanking Seb in the final laps
3. Seb Vettel will be on the podium, but a long way from where he wants to be.
4. Max Verstappen will finally break his bad luck streak and put Daniel behind him
5. Daniel will not be smiling so much this week end & won't be able to give his footware away
6. Kimi is slowly fading away; don't understand why he can't make the damn red car work for him
7. Nico Hulkenberg will increase his chances to get a decent ride this week
8. Fernando will drag the limp McLaren into the points if it doesn't simply quit on him
9. Grosjean will make Haas feel good with some points
10. Esteban Ocon will make it to the points again and build his resume
The pole will belong to Lewis
Hope we get some weather to make the race interesting
