In case anyone's wondering....CNN Intl. reporting that all subway serivce in London shut down due to multiple explosions w/in Underground....Police also investigating a series of three explosions involving buses in the center of London, according to both CNN and MSNBC; total of six explosions if latest reports are correct. Power is also down throughout the whole of London....Police are not ruling out whether all the incidents are intentional....repeat, multiple explosions both above- and below-ground throughout the London area according to multiple U.S. news sources(CNN, MSNBC, Fox News) as of 5:44 A.M. EST(09:44 UTC 7 July).

Updating posting from 05:45 AM....Police confirming bus explosions at Russell Square and Tavistock Square(CNN Intl.), and at Edgware Station, Aldgate, and the other stations that lemon listed in the first posting. There are reports of numerous casualties at several of the places mentioned and there is increasing suspicion that these incidents were intentional, but that has not been confirmed as of yet.

Updating info on yesterday's London bombings...the current casualty figures according to both CNN and MSNBC are 50 people were killed in the multiple bombings, w/over 700 wounded. Of those 700, authorities say around 2-3 dozen are in critical condition, and they are expecting the death toll to rise. Police, meanwhile, have begun a massive manhunt for those responsible for the bombings, and have begun going through physical evidence and CCTV recordings in an effort to find out what happened...Will try to update as additional information is released.
