Predict Pole Time (Italy - 2 Winners!)

Post by Tim » Wed Aug 31, 2005 11:08 pm

Its time again for you to have a crack at the Pole time on Saturday so lets see who can be closest to the Pole time this round.

If someone gets a perfect match or near perfect (+/- 0.1 seconds), we'll give away a prize. And an even better prize if you get the time and the driver!

Please include the time to the 1000's of a second and the driver. You can if you wish include a wet time as well

For reference, the Pole time from 2004 in Italy (Monza) was 1:20.089 (Rubens Barrichello)

The Fine Print
One entry (dry and wet) per user with one change per condition allowed. Entries close prior to the start of first practice on Friday
The winner will be the one who manages to predict the closest time. You need to be within 0.1 seconds of pole time to be declared the winner.
In case of two players predicting the same time and driver, the player who submitted earlier will be the winner.
Changing time and/or driver is allowed only once and the change cannot be a max or min to try and gain advantage (eg. if the highest pole time posted is a 1:45.345, a player cannot change their time to a time above that)

Ok, Lewis may win the WDC in 07, but Sato will beat him in 08.

M Schumacher 1:20:128 dry
M Schumacher 1:32:607 wet

Might sound crazy going for schumey but my guess is hes gonna use the soft compound he couldnt use in turkey, plus, he wants that pole record plus, ferrari could tell him to go light to get pole so more people come to the race - sales are seriously low this year...
A bit absurd i know,, but hopefully my pole time will be close?! lol :-)
