8 'n' Pole Formula 1 Competition - 2005 Individual Race Results - Round of China

The winner in each round wins a NewsOnF1 Compact Smart Digital Clock with Alarm.

If a player wins more than once, they would receive an alternate prize for each of their wins.
In case of a tie in a round, the earliest entry submitted for that round wins. Those carrying over picks from a previous round will be considered last in case of a tie.

Overall Results

The nineteenth and final round in China was a slightly below average scoring round as several drivers from the top teams either retired or finished outside the points. The majority of players also lost some points as Alonso won pole and the race when most were predicting Raikkonen to win pole as well as the race.
No player this round managed to pick all 8 or even 7 drivers however many managed 6 out of the top 8.

For the first time in the the history of the competition we have a 5-way tie for the winner of this round.
The prize for this round is awarded to Jezza as Jezza's picks were the earliest submitted for this round. Jezza's picks were submitted on the 11th of October, jc and Bone both submitted their picks on the 13th of October while din and Berber had their picks roll over from a previous round.

jc managed to pick 5 of the top 8 finishers with 1st, 2nd and 7th in their exact finishing places. Picking Fernando Alonso for pole earned jc 4 additional points and scored a bonus 2 points for picking 5 and Pole!
Bone managed to pick 6 of the top 8 finishers with 7th and 8th in their exact finishing places. Picking Giancarlo Fisichella for pole earned Bone 2 additional points and scored a bonus 4 points for picking 6 and 2nd on the grid!
din managed to pick 5 of the top 8 finishers with 1st, 2nd and 8th in their exact finishing places. Picking Fernando Alonso for pole earned din 4 additional points and scored a bonus 2 points for picking 5 and Pole!
Berber managed to pick 5 of the top 8 finishers with 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th in their exact finishing places. Picking Kimi Raikkonen for pole earned Berber 1 additional point and scored a bonus 2 points for picking 6 and 3rd on the grid!
