It is related, in the sense that the exam you found is using the same model. In science you work with "models", being a set scenario under which an experiment is conducted, repeating an experiment under the same set circumstances (model) will ensure that the results, and knowledge learned is compareable.
Most arguments over research and results of research are arguments over the "model" being correct. My experiment being conducted under the "Urne model uden tilbagel?gning", essentially make it a less fractorial experiment, and allow for fast and (relatively) simple answers.
