Meira, Sherman split testing duties at Kansas..........

While everyone was preparing themselves for the month of May, Panther Racing decided to squeeze in a day of testing at Kansas Speedway Monday as both IndyCar Series driver Vitor Meira and Firestone Indy Lights driver Brent Sherman took to the track; the test day came as a result of IRL rules allowing IndyCar Series teams that field full-time Indy Lights teams extra testing time during the racing season. Besides Panther Racing, several other ICS teams have partnerships with Indy Lights teams or field full-time Indy Lights teams.............below is a list of those teams:

~~Andretti-Green Racing(ICS & FIL*)
~~Target/Ganassi Racing(ICS) & Integra Motorsports(FIL)
~~Rahal-Letterman Racing(ICS) & RLR-Andersen Racing(FIL)

*--AGR has a full-time FIL team, run w/the assistance of AFS Racing

Several IndyCar teams are headed out to Infineon Raceway for an upcoming test; unfortunately, there will not any timing/scoring from the track as it is not an official session...... :x :x

I have to create a video project that covers some of the stuff we've learned in my calculus class. My group sort of jokingly decided to do the calculus of drag racing, so we're sort of stuck now with doing something that has to do with car physics. I guess something like acceleration plots, accel. at certain time, maybe finding g-forces? Any other suggestions? Or, does anyone know how exactly to find g-force felt during accel. without much complicated equipment?
