Re: The 2020 Hungarian Grand Prix Thread
This weekend we are back in Hungary for the 3rd round of the 2020 season.
After a couple of great weekends of racing, what will we get from here?
The results so far have shown that Mercedes are still top of the tree and Red Bull are not too far behind.
Then, it starts to get interesting with the Racing Points suddenly a chance to make the podium.
McLaren have been in the right place at the right time to have some great results.
Renault is somewhere near to these two however it will be driver quality that will make the difference.
An then, the red rockets have fallen from grace. Following a lucky 2nd for Leclerc in Austria 01, the wheels have really fallen off. Hopefully not.
Then, AlphaTauri is basically in a pocket by themselves.
The last three of Alpha Romeo, Haas and Williams seem to race among themselves.
Hopefully I am wrong. I really would like to see a solid midfield battle with all teams battling for those last couple of points.
Bring it on!

FP2 Results
In what was a wet session, not too many drivers ventured out onto the track for too long.
Pierre Gasly needed track time after missing the free practice 1to ensure that his AlphaTauri faults had been rectified.
There are showers forecast over the weekend. Whether this impacts on the event, it remains to be seen.
