Re: The 2020 Portuguese Grand Prix Thread
This weekend, we are off to Portugal and a totally new to formula 1 circuit. Some drivers have driven the Portimao circuit while in their junior ranks but this is a whole new ballgame for our regular combatants. This circuit seems to me to be somewhat like Mugello with lots of twisty bits and one DRS zone.
Temperatures will be more to the liking of the teams and in the range of 19 - 21C in the day. To upset the balance a bit more, there is a 50% chance of rain on Sunday. We all know how hit and miss the weather forecasts are so we will just have to wait and see.
Given what I can see, this should be an interesting event. Let's just hope there isn't a safety car incident similar to the Tuscan Grand Prix.
