Re: The 2020 Turkish Grand Prix Thread
This circuit was a fixture on the calendar between 2005 and 2011 with Kimi Raikkonen the inaugural winner and Sebastian Vettel the last. Both will be on the circuit endeavoring to repeat their past glories. Lewis Hamilton is the only other active driver to have been on the top step of the podium for this event. It will be interesting to see how well time has treated this Hermann Tilke designed circuit as Formula 1, or for that matter any other major racing series, hasn't been here for many years. It's a shame really as the magnificent turn 8 with its 4 apexes is a sight to behold.

FP1 Results
Well. That was exciting for all concerned. The circuit has bee resurfaced and the surface had zero grip. Drivers compared it to an ice skating rink.

We are slowly getting some rubber down on this circuit. It will be really interesting in qualifying as grip levels will be average to say the least.

FP3 Results
Well, this makes it interesting. Aside from the severe lack of grip, the rain has come and the conditions are really testing the driver's skill.
