Round of Germany - Picks and comments
Moderator: 8 n Pole Admin
Well My
Let's call things to order now:
Actually, I hardly know how to enter my picks --lacking any direction from JayVee or Julian M!
However, I vill try to to do mein duty now
Remember: this is der Deutscher G.P. There is a WHOLE GRANDSTAND of Merc bigshots! Ron Dennis is sweating blood! Not just because things look a little embarrassing after Silverstone, but because his arch rivals BMW Sauber are sure to be planning some little surprise for him!
This circuit SHOULD favor the McLarens, so I'm a little surprised at gktaz, mlittle & jacfan picking little Felipe to win. At least jacfan & gktaz picked FM to take the pole. But if you're right, mlittle, and KR takes it, ain't NO WAY he'll let Felipe by! Fernando, maybe But not his team mate (or that rookie --WHATZIZNAMEAGIN?-- leading the WDC in points by a MILE!)
O.K. enuff dithering
Time for me to put it on the line!
I'm picking Lewis Hamilton for the POLE, just sqeezing out Kimi, Felipe & Nick Heidfeld-- and the winner of the 2007 German G.P. will be:
Lewis Hamilton, thus allowing Ron Dennis to breathe easily again!
Kimi Raikkonen will follow him, thus further demoralizing the (defending!) WDC who will have to settle for following Felipe and nip, nip, nipping at his Italian heels
Felipe Massa
4th: the lonely matador, F. Alonso
5th: Nick H. making all Germany cheer!
6th: Robert K. who is my candidate for the Tony Stewart Award in F1
7th: Smooth Fisi, always making the best of a bad Renault
8th: little bro, Ralphie, because he always do good at home
I am well aware that this list is WAY at odds with the odds, but I think we're going to have a brilliant race --and an exciting closing half of the season.
Jim Watt
p.s. Ed: how come I don't have an points from Silverstone yet?

Sorry. I have an explanation but it would take too many words and not worth the time or effort to explain what goes on in my head sometimes.gkaytaz wrote:Huh?jacfan wrote:She can comment if she wants to.jido wrote: How dare you comment on Nostradamus predictions? in water, over the sky, the man with the hat hurts in his fall!
