:crush: The Court will Come to Order!

In spite of my continuing downward spiral (matched only by the Ice Man's!) :unfair: I am picking Kimi to win at Monza! ---I know; I know; his best finish there was second (for McLaren in '06) and last year he barely got on the podium for all the glittering Silver Suited McLaren drivers, but I just think there has to be SOME kind of good karma for the Finn after last week!

So. Here goes:

:1st: Kimi Raikkonen (confounding everyone, especially S. Domincelli)
:2nd: Lewis Hamilton (making just one tiny mistake --but it will be enough!!)
:3rd: (Felipe Massa, driving a good race --but just not good enough)
FOURTH: Robert Kubica (staying in the points race, but slipping :drive:)

FIFTH: a very :lucky: Heikki Kovalainen (need I say more?)

SIXTH: :super: Fernando in the Renault (which shouldn't be even in the running  !!)
SEVENTH: [not so] Quick Nick (returning to reality after last week :alright:)

EIGHTH: Mark Webber (just because he's Due!)

and the POLE POSITION (drum roll): Lewis Hamilton (he's ON a roll )

Here's hoping the skies open and we have a chance to replay the carnage from last week! :bath:

Jim Watt

The weather forecast for Monza calls for thunder showers Saturday (80%) and sprinkles Sunday (90%) so you may get your wish Jim!

Keeping that in mind here are my picks:

Winner: Lewis Hamilton (not my favorite, but he can drive in the wet)

Second: Kimi Raikkonen (better in the wet than PM)

Third: Felipe Massa (I think if it does rain this is wishful thinking)

Fourth: Fernando Alonso (Another wet weather ace)

Fifth: Robert Kubica

Sixth: Sebastian Vettel

Seventh: Timo Glock

Eighth: Mark Webber

Pole: Lewis Hamilton (wet)

I would have picked Phillipe for pole and win if was going to be dry, he has a new engine this race and still has a free swap if needed down the line, but if it rains he will struggle.

Now watch as i slide down the ranks........................
I'm in shape

Round is a shape...........

So the key at Monza is straight-line speed and overall package flexibility, right?

The picks you have entered are:

Winner: Felipe Massa - Great qualifier, fast racer

Second: Kimi Raikkonen - Hopefully there will be no chicane to lose him this time

Third: Lewis Hamilton - Will scare the Reds till the end :party10:

Fourth: Timo Glock - I just like the Toyotas. Waiting for Timo to repeat Hungary.

Fifth: Robert Kubica - He should fly on that circuit

Sixth: Sebastien Bourdais - Nice to see ex-Minardi with a good package, even if it is mostly borrowed :cheer:. Go Seb!

Seventh: Sebastian Vettel - And another one! :)

Eighth: Fernando Alonso - He played down his chances, we'll see. Done well recently.

Pole: Felipe Massa - No surprise. :smokin:

My ratings have gone downhill, I went as high as overall rank - 15 after Germany but luck left me since then :| :D :conf3: :shock2: :shock2:

Winner : Lewis Hamilton :box1: Fight his way to a win
Second : Felipe Massa :drive: Team no 1 driver for the rest of the year.
Third : Kimi Raikkonen :band: Too good not to be in the top three
Fourth : Heikki Kovalainen ~the invisible driver
Fifth : Robert Kubica ~Better driver than some give him credit for.
Sixth : Fernando Alonso ~Would like him to do well
Seventh : Nick Heidfeld ~Why not :?:
Eighth : Jarno Trulli~ Round up the top 8.

Pole : Lewis Hamilton Wants in badly.

Going downwards in 8'n'pole. :flag:
