Some of the teams will have the other driver for the second two days however others are alternating. The confirmed are:

Rosberg (Fri), Schumacher (Sat) - Mercedes
Vettel - Red Bull
Massa - Ferrari
de la Rosa - Sauber
Sutil - Force India

Likely:
Hamilton - McLaren
Barrichello - Williams

For Renault, Kubica is taking over on Thursday and the team has yet to confirm who will be testing on the last two days. It is possible that Kubica will continue as he is far more experienced. The same may apply with Glock at Virgin and Buemi at Toro Rosso

Second day of testing at Jerez. The session started under damp track conditions but the weather is fine.

The laps times continue to fall and the order after 2.5 hours is:

Driver - Team - Best Laptime
Buemi - Toro Rosso - 1:20.504
Button - McLaren - 1:21.528
Schumacher - Mercedes - 1:22.344
Kubica - Renault - 1:23.046
Webber - Red Bull - 1:23.164
Alonso - Ferrari - 1:23.823
Liuzzi - Force India - 1:24.120
Kobayashi - Sauber - 124.406
Glock - Virgin - 1:29.964

So far there have been 2 red flags. One due to a problem with Hulkenburg's Williams and the other due to debris on the track

Looks like the debris was from Glock's Virgin Racing car

From Auto Sport.

Good to see McLaren near the front, and the 4 & 5 postions being off the pace :-)

Not that you can read anything into this. 10kg of fule = 0.3 of a second and they can have upto 240kg fuel?

:D Thanks, Ed, for keeping us posted. Odd results on this second, slightly damp, day! Alonso in the lower half!! The Sauber/Ferrari almost stealing the day! the Merc's WAY DOWN.

must be they're all sand-bagging! 8)

I wonder how tomorrow will go?
