Now that I think of it.......here's a suggestion for rebuilding the VIP tower:
--build it along the lines of the CN Tower in Toronto(just not quite as high.....

) and have plenty of parachutes at the ready in case it leans too far over again................

a BUNGALOW would be far safer for the clients.
