Don't know! I think it depends on the situation. My understanding of Williams is that MW has not a development engine for the last 3 races. Kimi says nothing, but one would imagine tis the same
Webber for sure won't be testing new bits but that doesn't mean those bits won't be on his car. Same applies to Raikkonen I'd say!
