Even though there appears to be less clouds and more sunshine, the track temperature has gone down to 32 degrees!

Don't know! I think it depends on the situation. Williams would love to be able to take 7th from Red Bull and to do that they have to give Webber the best they have.
Webber for sure won't be testing new bits but that doesn't mean those bits won't be on his car. Same applies to Raikkonen I'd say!
