Day 3 in Barcelona and again 8 teams were present. Jenson Button in the BAR007 broke the circuit's unofficial lap record with a time of 1:13.552.
Ricardo Zonta covered the most laps.

Fisichella had an off damaging his car but was unhurt.

Were I Alonso, I would be working my butt off too. To hold and hopefully increase the points margin would be such motivation, they would have to physically drag me from the vehicle ( or should that be fisically? ) Droll I know, anything To put a smile back on your posts

Interesting that Renault didn't do qualifying runs this time. I guess they did the last time they were there.

If Button in the BARBBQ can do that time, Alonso will get pole in Spain with a 1:13.222

I agree,JV,Alonso will tear apart the record at Imola.But i'm just wondering if his engine will last seeing Fisi problems.
or does prefrential treatment happen in every team apart from the reds,as v r given to believe??

Toyota looking good again,though they have traditionally not done well in Imola.

Mclaren n Williams need to up their game too,which will make this season a thrill to watch.

I was talking about Spain. Imola, I don't think they will break records but he'll be on pole.
I am a tad worried about his engine and all those who finished in Bahrain actually.

I made that point cos i read somewhere that Ferrari had a spare gearbox n was not given to Rubens and Y always Rubens car breaks down

Just wondering ,cos most of the guys in Ferrai have come from Benetton/Renault,did they learn something which already existed there

Hmm, possibly, but were I Flavio, I would be too busy with my domestic arrangements to worry. But, perhaps thats where he is getting his orders regarding his " blue eyed boy"
