I told you K-D must have skipped work looking for castle buyers. Perhaps you and Kapel can do a JV (no the other JV) and get some TATA money and buy his castle. He said 500 acres didn't he ? That should be good for a truck track. Think of it and you could become the next Mr E!

Castle not yet for sale, and unfortunately local planning authority have banned motorracing in the county.
