Considering the amount of laps both Ferraris did in their first stint, they seem very confident and quick this weekend. Do they look glued to the track Ed?

It looks like Toyota have moved on with Jarno and Ralph P7 and P8. :)

I think Ferrari and McLaren are very close this weekend.

At first McLaren were fastest with Ferrari a bit behind then Ferrari were fastest and it seems McLaren are up there with them.

In a lot of cases, the 1st practice gives a good idea of the pecking order.

Just thinking out loud :roll: It's interesting the gaps between the Ferraris and the McLarens are tight like we saw at Magney Cours then there is a big gap (unlike Magney) to BMW and Rosberg's Williams who are tightly packed. Then there is another big gap to the rest of the mid field who are again tightly bunched like we saw at Magney Cours :roll:

Kimi is setting the pace on these first runs of the second practice with a 1m21.989. Closely folloed by Fernando. :)

Second practice session underway!

Air temperature is 18 degrees while track temperature is 23 degrees

The front runners have gone out relatively early.

Top 8: Raikkonen, Alonso, Massa, Kubica, Hamilton, Heidfeld, Davidson and Coulthard
