Max Mosely has fans?????
I'm sure K-D is not his fan, even if Max supports Ferrari blindly

Not strange at all. Toyota does not have aleg to stand on. An argumentation based on "There are countless other cases, where this situation have happend" is null and void. If you are not allowed to block and incoming driver, then you are not allowed to block and incoming driver. Period the end!!!!sgd wrote:Toyota drops Schumacher penalty appeal!!!
so Nick's got the point officially!
...now just have to wait for Button's...
strange decision, though...
I understand, but, did you see it? i think you didn't, as I didn't, so you can not say for sure if it was a block or Ralf just got out right ahead of Nick... as Toyota appealed I though...it could be not a clear block.K-D wrote:Not strange at all. The question is not of it being a clear block or not. The stewards called it a block, and that is then end of it. Unless you can absolutely positively prove this was not the case.sgd wrote:I understand, but, did you see it? i think you didn't, as I didn't, so you can not say for sure if it was a block or Ralf just got out right ahead of Nick... as Toyota appealed I though...it could be not a clear block.K-D wrote:Not strange at all. The question was, of course -was it ablock or not- but you put the fact down:K-D wrote:The question is not of it being a clear block or not. The stewards called it a block, and that is then end of it. Unless you can absolutely positively prove this was not the case.
Toyota have in their statement today said, that they after having looked over all the records, they can not prove this.
...This is a matter which is basically impossible to win on appeal.
This particular one is impossible, when you want to base your arguments on "there have previously been x number of cases where" - This is what Toyota stated on Sunday, and that one they can NEVER win.sgd wrote:The question was, of course -was it ablock or not- but you put the fact down:K-D wrote:The question is not of it being a clear block or not. "Toyota have in their statement today said, that they after having looked over all the records, they can not prove this."
that's it.
It was strange to me as i thought they had looked over all records before they decided to appeal....

I don't think that such an appeal is basically impossible to win... Stewards are people too and do make mistakes as all do.
