all this s#$% is just Fry said some trues loud and ferrari didn't like that, so they pressured the stewards to over-check the BAR...
dirty very ferrari-style tactics... stewards couldn't prove anything then Todt went to FIA and... FIA appeals vs FIA
FIA = Ferrari Is Authority :? :x
better would be FIC :twisted:

sgd, your comment is once more pathetic............. :alright:

If the BAR of Jenson was underweight, question is by how much?(accident or purpose), it may be disqualified. However I never liked disqualifications for technical reasons especially after a great effort like Jensons.

To me neither BAR nor FERRARI or any of the other teams are cheating but of course everybody tries to get as close as possible to the limit of the regulations.

Not strange at all. Toyota does not have aleg to stand on. An argumentation based on "There are countless other cases, where this situation have happend" is null and void. If you are not allowed to block and incoming driver, then you are not allowed to block and incoming driver. Period the end!!!!

I had Ralf on a 7th place finish, so obviously would have liked pointswise to have him reinstated, however there never was a case.

I understand, but, did you see it? i think you didn't, as I didn't, so you can not say for sure if it was a block or Ralf just got out right ahead of Nick... as Toyota appealed I though...it could be not a clear block.

The question is not of it being a clear block or not. The stewards called it a block, and that is then end of it. Unless you can absolutely positively prove this was not the case.

Toyota have in their statement today said, that they after having looked over all the records, they can not prove this.

All teams work with the "lolipop-guy", and it is his responsability to let the driver drive of. If he let him go early, the only one that can be punihsed is the driver, that is how it works, and no matter if any of saw it or not. This is a matter which is basically impossible to win on appeal.

The question was, of course -was it ablock or not- but you put the fact down:
"Toyota have in their statement today said, that they after having looked over all the records, they can not prove this."
that's it.
It was strange to me as i thought they had looked over all records before they decided to appeal....
---
I don't think that such an appeal is basically impossible to win... Stewards are people too and do make mistakes as all do.

This particular one is impossible, when you want to base your arguments on "there have previously been x number of cases where" - This is what Toyota stated on Sunday, and that one they can NEVER win.
