Purely as a matter of interest, I believe Williams also have the smallest fuel tanks of all the teams. Does that indicate they have the best economy?

Yes, I read it on one of the F1 sites (?) when the BAR controversy was raging
( does controversy do anything but rage?)
and the other team specs were on the site.Perhaps ED could wash down another No-Doze and clarify it for us
