JayVee wrote:That was great! It would have been even greater if Alonso was on Pole but I am happy with second. I suspect Alonso and Hamilton to have more fuel than Raikkonen and Heidfeld, not much though. Raikkonen always produces stunning qualifying laps, wonder how long his gearbox will last.
Really good qually from KR FA NH and Lewis!! Agree that Alonso is probably a bit heavier than the other two. whether this strategy will work remains to be seen. McLaren hasn't been too consistent on the long runs compared to BMW or Ferrari
JayVee wrote:Hamilton was impressive and that is really great news, Alonso doesn't need a teammate like Fisichella, he needs someone to push him. BMW are up there but we'll see how close they are, I suspect they are a bit lighter.
I think i have to now believe Snowy, this kid is the real deal!!! Been up there with Alonso all weekend in his first GP Really impressive. Watch out Fernando
JayVee wrote:I think Fisichella and Webber are heavy and that will make things interesting. Webber did very well today and I hope it gives him a big boost.
Not too sure about this :? MW did a great job, but I don't think they are running heavy, and Renault have been struggling all weekend
JayVee wrote:Most impressive was Super Aguri, how could they be 10th and 11th on the grid from dead last a few months ago ? Perhaps they should give their car to Honda
Honda should have kept thier old car and given the new one to SA. Maybe they can still work out a deal after Spyker takes them to court.
JayVee wrote:Very disappointed with Kovalainen, expected a lot more from him. Is his benchmark Rosberg ?
Renault desperately need a good race engineer for HK. His engineer was stumped when hk asked him what he thought about something or other relating to setup. what HK needs right now is someone to tell him what is needed, not the other way round.
Also disappointing was Williams, expected more from them.

Yup :!:
Well they proved that their new color scheme actually means something to them, they must have saved at least 30 liters of petrol per car during qualifying  .
Real environment friendly bunch these Honda guys

Heidfeld rejoins in 7th.

Barrichello has managed to pass Button who seems to be struggling. Massa however cannot get past!
