I think I will join in this game of opinions frank and bold
Hamilton is a clever manipulator, a mind games player extraordinaire and a rapid pilot. He also is not as good as he thinks.
Alonso is neurotic, an easy mark for Hamilton, a rapid pilot, and he IS as good as he thinks.
Kimi has to deal with inner torments of addiction, is a rapid pilot, and doesn't think about it.
Massa has passions he is still learning to control, is a rapid pilot, and is better than he thinks.
Barrichello is a good pilot who has manufactured the lifestyle and bank account he desired. He smiles widely when his bank statement arrives.
He knows exactly how good he is, and never exceeds his ability.
DC, ahh DC. Look at the qualifying efforts compared to Mark Webber. Does DC actually own half the Scottish Bank yet. (Sir Jacky Stewart owns the other half). A good pilot, his main energies have been spent off the track.
Webber, a rapid pilot with the skills equal to Alonso and Kimi, and less than a quarter of their luck. A team man, extaordinaire in F1. Occasionally prone to mistakes when, as the Australians say, "he gets the s..ts" with the unresponsive barge strapped to him.
Button.........pfffft.
Ralf............
Fisi...........a rapid, part time driver, who will never know how good he could have been if he had fought more than the first ten laps,
For the rest, some are flattered by the machines they drive, others flatter the machines they pilot. They all have many things to prove yet.
Where would Vettel in the WDC be if he had Hamilton's seat?
Kubica?
Nick?
Naturally all this is MY very humble opinion, my very own, and no-one elses.
I cherish the right to have my own opinions, and the opportunity to express those opinions on this forum.
I do not believe I have the right to make personal comment on personality, on race, on religion or creed, on temperament, or make any comment that might disparage anyone who might post post here, or on any forum.
I also reserve the right to disagree, politely and respectfully with any post, and expect the same courtesy to be extended to me.
Indubitably, when people of differnt cultures, and languages join in a forum, misunderstandings will arise.
EG. "Nos moking" is one thing, "no smoking" is another.
Perhaps, if one is in any way confronted by something in one of my posts, a mere question to clarifiy might suffice, rather than immediately mounting ones White Charger and bursting in to full gallop with Lance extended, yes?
