The Jordan team will not be allowed to run the 3rd car in Canada. This is due to the team giving test driver Franck Monatagny more sets of tyres than what is allowed!
The Jordan team admitted to the mistake and described it as an honest mistake. Sporting Director Trevor Carlin said
This was an honest mistake by the Team and we realise now it was against the current regulations. No unfair advantage was sought and we believe none has been gained. We apologise to the FIA for this error in judgement.?

Albers is the first to go out followed by Friesacher and Monteiro
Yesterday McLaren, Williams, Ferrari and Renault all looked fast. Today we should get a better idea!

In fact Michael is the only driver out on the track at the moment

Michael only did 5 laps yesterday so he could be making up for lost time

The 2 Jordans are also back on the track. Yesterday the team made a mistake by giving Montagny two sets of tyres more than what is allowed. As a result the FIA will not allow them to run a 3rd car in Canada!

Karthikeyan moves into 3rd with a 1:36.281. Yesterday he appeared to be struggling
Raikkonen and Montoya on the track too!

Fisichella and Alonso are also on the track as Raikkonen sets the fastest 1st sector time!
