Both Williams' have improved, now Heidfeld is 12th ahead of Webber

It is hardly conspiracy drivel if a driver that a lot of people want to see on the track is not permitted to be there because of his team mate. We, you me, and every body else is being cheated and ripped off. And as usual, it is ferrari doing it. I used to love the red cars.
