Race control reporting teams up-and-down pit lane are crunching numbers to see if everyone can make it on the last round of stops.............

Of the leaders, Briscoe short-filled; he will have to make a splash-and-dash........Wheldon and Patrick got in a full load of ethanol as did Power and Bell

Knowing Briscoe will have to make one more stop, could the Captain tell him to pass Castroneves and help pull his teammate along, which could help Spiderman save a little bit of fuel..............

Meira and Matos got together in turn 1 and there is debris from the crash all the way through the short chute.............

That was a hard crash!
Meira got clipped by Matos and Meira went near head-on into the wall..........his car slid, wheels on the top of the SAFER barrier, through one and the short chute........

Race control reporting they are moving in their cars; two ambulances alongside the Delphi Safety vehicles............

In all the years I've seen the 500, that is the first time I've ever seen a car slide as Meira's did along the wall............hopefully both drivers are okay

Matos out of his car; safety crews bringing a stretcher over to where the #14 is.........

Matos walking to the ambulance; a little wobbly but waves to the crowd as he walks to the ambulance

Meira was placed on a backboard as a precaution before being placed on a stretcher........

Both ambulances headed to the Clarian Medical Centre for medical checks...........

Considering both when everyone pitted and this caution, I'm still not convinced everyone up front can make it on fuel............IMS repair crews making emergency repairs to the SAFER barrier in turn 1

IMS repair crews report they've got the wall fixed............
Briscoe coming in for a splash of fuel; the Captain is gambling today......

Mike Conway & Sarah Fisher also came in for a splash of fuel; both should be good on fuel

IMS officials reporting both Matos and Meira are alert and moving; both saying they feel bruised and battered but otherwise okay...............

Castroneves told to go to full rich; he should be good to go..............

Looking at the top-10, anyone of them can win; this should be an exciting conclusion to the race!
