Sorry to hear that. Hope the chiro will work for you.
Thanks. It is a combination of very old injuries and low bone density.

Commiserations  I know about bad backs  Though the low bone density sounds too scarey for words :? My Chiro uses the ACTIVATOR and it has given me a new youthful back. I can't bend it the way I did when I was twenty but it's a darn sight better than it was in my mid thirties. Just wish I'd discovered her earlier. :?

I am currently listening to "The Harder They Come" 8)

I too am listening to Cheb! :P I haven't heard any Manu Chao will find some straight away :)

I have a rather interesting compilation album with a really great variety of talented artists. It's called "A Putumato Blend, Music from Coffee Lands". It is full of really moving songs and rhythms. :bounceg: :bounce: :bounceg: :bouncest: :bounceg: :bouncec: :smokin:
Funny that! This is a South American CD isn't it ?

A friend recommended this to me and I found it at the local ABC shop and bought it as a gift for a South American friend!
She was raving about it and now that you mention it, I better go and get a copy for myself :D

There is a whole series of these I think!

They have some special supplemental diet pills for that purpose alone. I am sure you know all about those but every day they come up with a new thing. Worth checking out every once in a while.

I didn't no there was a series I'll have to check it out too. There is definately music from the Carribean on it :D

I also listen to all of those Cafe Del Mar compilation Albums they regularly have scintillating tracks and they are strangely familier because advertisers use them all the time for Coffee ads and everythin' else you can imagine.

I am currently listening to the sound tracks to House of Flying Daggers and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon  I wish I was Chinese :x Hai'aih :box:

Now I'm guessing but I suspect not all of these are actually any good. Can you filter out the 1 miss wonders from the musk bee herders.

I could have mentioned
James Gang
Tyler Gang
The Christians
Tony Childs
Jade Warrior
General Public
Tontos Expanding Head Band
Gong
Steve Hillage
etc

Actually Jade Warrior and the Tyler Gang are fantastico tho not all will find them so.

We should grade or edit shouldn't we :?:
