As I can see from the messages everything was okay today. We should set a new time for the opening of the Cabinet. Any suggestions?

How 'bout late evening, Tuesday U.S. time? That should give the bar time to set up everything, and it should give me a chance to fire the grills up in back and have 'em ready to go? Now, what should we fix for the occasion......
