A couple of nice King Island steaks, satay chicken sticks, prawns, chops (make them chump.. more meat!) and of couse some snags and hamburgers. I actually make very nice hamburgers.. my husband calls them horn burgers!
Any other suggestions?

(...to the barkeep...)Make sure you write down everything jacfan said for suggestions, okay? While we're on the subject, make sure there are several good-sized cedar planks for the grill.....what I'm thinking is that we'll soak the planks for about an hour or so, then place them on one of the grills once it's fired up and hot before placing those two large salmon fillets on them(the cedar'll infuse into the fillets, giving 'em a good bit of additional flavor).

As to other items...............we could always slice up a couple of large heads of cauliflower, brush 'em with olive oil and place on the grill alongside some bell peppers(green, orange, red, yellow, it doesn't matter....they're all good) and some asparagus(make sure to brush everything with olive oil so they don't stick to the grill.

Now we just have to decide what to drink......any suggestions?

Anyway, barkeep......Iced tea for myself, and make sure there are drinks aplenty for everyone! :drink: :drink:
That'd make it noon-ish in the Aussie land... Not sure how many folks would show up. Maybe the weekend... :?:

These plus mlittle's little (no pun intended) list just about covers up the basics. We're turning into a Gourmet place with an added bonus of alcohol :)

Didn't think of that......(note to self....take account of time differences.......) :bang: :bang: . Okay, very early Saturday morning, U.S. time(that should make it mid-to-late Saturday afternoon on the other side of the pond....). Don;t worry, gkay; we'll figure out something.....

Let's see what the others will say to that. Saturday or Sunday should be okay for most...

A different drink for every taste. We have the WT front covered. Same goes for the RB & Vodka. Liquors or wines won't present a problem. Just need a good port and maybe a few special pre-war bottles :) Ice tea comes in five flavors: Lemon, Peach, Mango, Raspberry and of course plain vanilla. Coke-wise we have quite a few choices. Coca Cola, Pepsi, RC, even those with a so-called lime-twist... But definitely no Dr Pepper! I hate that stuff passionately!
