A up dated press release from the FIA  says that a crash test standard for item ‘X54254/Y5438’ or ‘Plastic cups large with inserted straw [unbent], has been agreed between ‘Formula one teams’ :P and the FIA  .
Although pre-crash testing, results don’t look good  with both ‘Cup and Straw’ failing 2g side impact tests.
Be dangerous for Ralf then 8)

Sigh, that is a crude question......
Is the straw teflon coated?
What is the diameter of the straw?
Is the semi-vacuum created by the s.ucker greater than the eddy left in the suckee?
Will the Toyota overall contain a hipflask, thereby introducing an aspect of redundancy to the straw, and thus freeing up teflon on the world trading markets.
Will this put Wall Street into hyperdrive, encouraging a certain President Flora to over-extend his country's peaceful settlement of other nations, then when it is found that Kimi prefers a straw, will we see stockbrokers queueing up to jump from the 133rd floor......(and some reckon 13 is an unlucky number 8) )....followed by severe Bush pruning?
What came first......the straw or the Camel?
