Another question for you Ed.

Why are the Renaults so quick this afternoon? They were no where this morning!

Alonso isn't as quick on the super soft although it seems the track has changed a bit. Track temperature has dropped as there is some cloud cover now.

Thanx Ed

Alonso isn't going very fast on the supersoft though!

That is a good question!
Renault are usually strong here so it may have taken them time to find a good setup. I don't think they are running low fuel.

Yeah he did just 2 laps then pitted! Perhaps he isn't happy with something.
Ferrari are down the order and that is surprising given their pace this morning!

Yes but they were a bit tardy setting their quick times this morning too.

I liked the way Lewis set the fastest lap by about two seconds on his first flying lap this morning! Considering he'd never raced an F1 car round here he could have been forgiven for taking his time getting up to speed! (oops shouldn't mention speed)

Was faster than Alonso in S1, very close in S2 but lost a lot of time in S3

Again it seems there just isn't any mileage in those tyres

Bridgestone c**k up?

30 minutes remaining and the top 8: Alonso, Kovalainen, Hamilton, Rosberg, Heidfeld, Raikkonen, Massa and Fisichella

As Raikkonen pits, his left front is nearly a slick, the white line cannot be seen while his right tyre appears to be fine!
