The new rules about substituting should be a benefit to team like Australia or India who have an extra Fielder-batsman.
This would especially be good for the teams bowling first,who can then replace a bowler with a better fielder-batsman like replacing Mcgrath or Kumble

,never thought was as good a bowler as he's made out to be...
But there's always Warnie...atleast against England
England i think can only rely on tresco ...Flintio to some extent...Harmisson looks dangerous...
