We used to listen to them, Genesis, Deep Purple, Roxy Music, and Queen in the common room, I don't actually remember going to any lessons

Just Tull, Roxy, Deep, Genesis and Queen.
There were others actually Springsteen, Camel, Yes, Mike Oldfield, The Isley Brothers, Funkadelic, Gong, Dr Funkenstien and some I didn't like

One of the first concerts I went to was Alice Cooper's 'Welcome to my Nightmare'. Damn fine show that one.
