Thanks gkaytaz

You're welcome. Some people have been criticizing that the live coverage showed too much of the mid-rank battles between Webber Barrichello and Trulli. When I look at the chart above I can understand only too well. Look at all those criss-cross patterns below Button. Top four were pretty much flatliningjacfan wrote:Thanks gkaytaz
You ain't just whistling 'Dixie', Julian, on that; by most accounts, the FIA is very, very ticked off by what they did. Unless I'm mistaken, one of the trophy presenters at the Turkish GP was a Mr. Memhet Ali Tatal, who was introduced as the "President of the Turkish Cypriot state", a state recognized by only Turkey. According to the news item on the offical formula1 site(here is the news link, www.formula1.com/news/4873.html )the FIA World Motor Sport Council will meet on Sept. 19 to hear their explanation but I don't think it was just stupid; what did they sounds like a deliberate act, and if it costs them the GP, so be it. And its' not whispers as to whether Greece would get the GP instead of Turkey; both grandprix.com and autoracing1.com have mentioned that Greece could indeed get to host a GP race if Turkey loses the event over what happened.Julian Mayo wrote:Methinks the Organizers of the Turkish GP are in BIG trouble.
They have been summonsed to appear before the FIA on sept 19.
Looking at the laws and statutes these guys have broken Turkey will be lucky if they can hold a gymkhana in a supermarket car-park for the next few years. If the FIA throws the book at them for what the organisers have admitted was a deliberate act, (of stupidity ?) not only will the Turkish GP disappear in '07, the fiscal punishments could easily pay for a replacement GP in another country, and still leave Bernie with a nice little earner.
Whispers are that Greece could stage a replacement GP.
Yo Bundy, if you notice, 7 people agreed with you and 7 people voted for Alonso.Bundy wrote: In this case, anyone who votes for anyone other than Massa is an out and out IDIOT and should be booted from the F1 Idiots group for extreme idiocy. What more does a bloke have to do? Pole, Fastest Laps & wins the race. Add to that he was challenge by MS & FA for the odd moment here and there but BLEW them both away!!!! Me thinks Massa had not only a perfect race but a perfect weekend.
I don't care who you support or cheer for the fact that you could actually believe that FA drove a better race than Massa de-values everything you post.
And JV you are better than that!!!!

Unfortunately humans never learn from history. If we did then WW1 would have been enough.JayVee wrote:They sure have but one would think humans learn from historyJulian Mayo wrote:Wars have started for lesser reasonsJayVee wrote:If Turkey lose the race and Greece gets it, that could start another war![]()

Who am I kidding
Just a single comment from me: History has a habit of repeating itself. That said, Ed says we're not to discuss politics here and I aim to adhere to his rules & regulations.jacfan wrote:Unfortunately humans never learn from history. If we did then WW1 would have been enough.
