And where could this lead to ? Forcing a team to have 2 drivers (blue and green) race in a single car - half a race each
Creating artiificial excitment won't work!
And I think there would be fierce opposition to the 'red' tyre anyway!!
HIC
An apology for Indy?

Though not as strong as you, I oppose the idea too. F1 does not need to mimic other motorsports. It's just fine as is
BTW, cool smilies. I never got around to say thanks...

Though fabulous

it may not be, I still prefer it stay the same instead of turning into a clone of NASCAR or the like.
Personally I like the idea of having fewer electronic aids on board. Mechanical clutches (with a pedal), slick tyres, no traction control, no automatic downshifts...

Agreed...
Maybe also if it wasnt so darn expensive to get into....drivers like myself may stand a nano-chance(Yes, I just created that word) of getting in there.......
But Alas, we are stuck in lesser formulae.......

Firstly, GK, good posting,
secondly, TK, last year when my teen asked for a motorbike, she was told she had a nano- chance, a term the publican used when I asked for a free WT,
Thirdly TK, the cream will always rise to the top, never ever give up on your dream.........well, okay, when you hear the clods thumping onto the top of your coffin, take a brief respite.

I totally agree with Julian... don't give up on your dreams. You are young and have plenty of time to work toward what you want. Never give in!!!!

Wheel coming off(which led to one of the crashes).....
Timing transponders not working correctly.....
New kids driving (Literally) over me in qualifying.....
Brake failure(the other crash).....

And it always seems to happen to me in qualifying

...never in practice.....All in all I started every single race barring 1 from the back of the grid....

TK, what class you driving in? It helps to know so we can follow the news and results your side of the pond.
We dont see or hear anything about SA motorsports in the USA, probably because there is so much going on here, from lawnmowers to tractors to trucks.
If it has an engine it ought to be raced!

I am the first to admit it, next year is my first crack at nationals, so Im not expecting anything too great, but from what I have been told I should do well......
I would race WeedEaters if it were possible
