In an interview with a reporter from a British "mens' magazine he stated that women will never make the grade in Formula One.
His reasoning ?........."their monthly cycles and breasts"

If Jensen is not single now I suspect he may be very soon.....and for a long time.
Personally I think JB is getting private tuition on every aspect of his life from Eddie Irvine

Such an Chut!!!
I quite liked Emma Parker's reply "if only he could stop looking at Grid babes breast ,he would win some races"

Such modern forward thinking. Obviously his agent was not on hand to tell him to shut up.

I comfort myself with the thought that a woman will take his seat in 07.
By then his Masters' patience will have worn thin, and you can bet that every woman racer in the world will be aiming their sights on that drive.

Subject to verification of the source (that site just gathers news from nearly anywhere Julian!!), I am surprised to read such stupid remarks made by Button. But given the stupid way he handled his contract with BAR then Williams I won't be too surpised.
He isn't alone though, didn't Bernie say something similar ????

Sounds like Button's taking his cues from Bernie Ecclestone on "how to say things that are, quite frankly, boneheaded and insipidly stupid".
What your probably referring to, JayVee, were the remarks that Ecclestone made during the weekend of the United States Grand Prix when he made some really, really, boneheaded remarks towards Danica Patrick, specifically that "all women should be dressed in white like domestic appliances", or words to that effect. What made Bernie's remarks even dumber than when he said them the weekend of the USGP was that about two weeks later, Ecclestone calls Patrick and basically repeats what he said then, all the while praising her for for performance at Indy during the 500.

What chance does Button have with people like Giles de Ferran saying this stuff about him.
Q: You?ve worked closely with Jenson Button over the past seven months. What are your impressions of him, and is he a future world champion?
GdF: ?He?s a man who has been touched by God! His skill is just remarkable. He?s a driver like few I?ve seen before with a fine touch and an amazing feeling for the car. He has a tremendous amount of natural ability and there?s no question that he has the raw materials within him to achieve the ultimate success.?

Was he intoxicated when he made the statement...
Maybe what he really said was :
"He's a man who thinks he's been touched by God ! His ego is just remarkable. He has a tremendous amount of natural hair, and theres no question that we have enough raw materials to install mirrors throughout the entire paddock. I think the mirrors will achieve ultimate success"
just a thought
