I will behave.
But regardless of team, following the rules is
NEVER cheating. Goes for BAR, Ferrari and even ??"#??#"!!??? Stoddard.
BAR did not cheat in Australia.

No reason to penalize BAR as they sticked to the rules in Melbourne.
New rule applies from Sepang.
Will we see some cars spinning and stopping offtrack with 2 laps to go???

The clarification by the FIA applies in the future (i.e from Malaysia onwards)
BAR can't be penalised as they have not done anything wrong from a legal point of view.
It is up to those who set the rules to ensure there are no loopholes. With this rule the FIA were informed about this possibility yet they chose not to close it prior to the start of the season.
Congratulations Julian. You are the first Formula 1 Racer on this forum

We thought of having a rank system that is different and since this forum is all about Formula 1 (almost!), we thought giving ranks based on a driver's career path would be a good idea.
To become a Formula 1 racer you'll need 500 posts. There are ranks further up but I'm not disclosing them
Maybe by 2008 we can run our own series
