You have to have a licence for long arms? How long do they have to be before they are covered by this regulation? Mine are about 27 inches but that's from the armpit, if we're counting the shoulder then that's quite a different matter. Who makes these regulations anyway?!!

In the UK dog licences were abolished about 25 years ago. It means any idiot can own a dog and use it as a weapon, which may or may not be a good thing depending on your opinion and the opinion of your dog. :evil:

Montagny or Nakijima to replace Ralf when he is replaced????...................incidentally, the word is that Ralf's confidence in taking a car near to it's limits is shot to bits 8)

Toyota could as well start racing Montagny now. No need to keep Ralf if he's used up his capacity.
