Now talking to Kovalainen, who opines that while they are lamenting the lack of pace, he still feels confident that they'll have a good race today

Now Windsor's talking w/McLaren's Ron Dennis; maybe it's just me, but I swear he's lost more hair[not that he had much on that dome of his to start with...... :shock: ] this off-season than most lose during the season

Here is an interesting late news item from Melbourne; Brawn principal Ross Brawn admits that while they're happy Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello locked out the front row, they're taking nothing for granted............
Watching our two cars top the timesheets throughout qualifying capped an excellent day for the team, which began with the announcement of our new partnership with Virgin. But, whilst this is a great achievement and gives both drivers an excellent opportunity in the race tomorrow, the job is only half done and our full focus is now on getting the best result possible in the race.

Kovalainen's car is damaged, too...........left front suspension damage; his day is done!


Watching the replay of the start, you can see where Kovi damages the car back at turn 1........what else can happen to McLaren this weekend?
