Scuderia Toro Rosso have finally confirmed Scott Speed as their second driver.

The announcement came as the last sentence in their testing report!!

So he's merely a footnote then? :) I hope he'll do ok but it looks like he's sort of expendable and will be replaced if he fails to impress during the first few races...
