This is the place to discuss everything related to the eighth round of the 2007 season taking place at Magny-Cours between the 29th of June and the 1st of July.

The event timetable for the French Grand Prix.

Friday
1st Practice 10:00 local time - 08:00 GMT
2nd Practice 14:00 local time - 12:00 GMT

Saturday
Practice 11:00 local time - 09:00 GMT
Qualifying 14:00 local time - 12:00 GMT

Sunday
Race 14:00 local time - 12:00 GMT

30 minutes into the session and the order top 8 are: Raikkonen, Trulli, Schumacher, Button, Davidson, Heidfeld, Sato and Rosberg

Nearly half an hour remaining and the top 8 are: Raikkonen, Massa, Trulli, Alonso, Schumacher, Sato, Heidfeld and Fisichella!

Alonso moves into 3rd. He is on the medium compound.

Hamilton on the track bus is still on soft compound. He moves into 4th

Second practice session underway. Air temperature is 20 degrees while track temperature is 31 degrees.

At the start of the session Davidson exiting his garage hits the side of a Toro Rosso and damages his front wing!
