It would appear that the Australian entry is still suffering from the Alan Jones Factor.

We could adopt <T-K> as the Australian driver. He wouldn't embarass himself or us.

And perhaps a Team Manager to replace the current ex-pilot?
Winning an F1 title as a driver does not automatically imbue one with other skills, especially those required to run a team of people.
