Vettel extends contract with Red Bull until end of 2011

The Red Bull team announced today that the team extended their contract with Sebastian Vettel until the end of 2011 with an option for 2012.

The team issued the following statement:

VETTEL COMMITS TO RED BULL

Red Bull Racing is pleased to announce that it has extended its contract with Sebastian Vettel until the end of 2011, with an option for 2012.

Twenty two-year-old Vettel is a graduate of the Red Bull Junior Team, which he joined at the age of 12. He has already won two grands prix this year – in China and the UK – bringing his GP win total to three and he currently lies third in the 2009 Formula One Drivers’ Championship.

I wonder if that contains a let out clause, if Adrian decides to wander off and design yachts etc.,............the solidification of rules for F1 over the next couple of years does not a Newey suit. :cry:

I certainly imagine it would have. Mad not to have an escape clause.
