I just heard this news today. He's supposed to replace Badoer.

Now: if Alonso actually signed a contract with Ferrari - who is he going to replace? Kimi or Felipe?
If Kubica goes to Ferrari, is he going to be a benchwarmer or he'll actually replace somebody?

Please update this, since I don't know who should I listen to.

It is really hard to know who will drive for Ferrari at Monza. Ferrari haven't managed this properly.

Badoer should not have driven at Spa and they should have given Gene a go. When Gene was a test driver at Williams, he actually did well when he replaced Ralf Schumacher at Monza in 2003 starting 5th and finishing 5th!


The Kubica rumour is just another rumour. BMW won't be there next year so why not! I suppose Rosberg seems set to leave Williams so why not him!

Any driver going to Ferrari will be temporary as it seems that next year it will be an Alonso - Massa pairing.

At this stage the strongest rumour is that Fisichella will get the go ahead and get a test contract for next year but Force India may set unacceptable conditions!

I am not too sure why Gene who is the other Ferrari test driver doesn't get to drive! He can't be worse than Badoer!
