In an Interview with Honda Racing, Rubens Barrichello beleives he can win races this year.

Q: What are your ambitions for your first year with Honda Racing F1 Team?
Firstly, there is no limit to my imagination. Obviously we want to keep our feet on the ground though and with everyone at the team trying to improve last year?s car we are in a strong position. I can bring some of my experience to improve the whole package and I really believe we can win races this year.
Do you think Rubens is realistic about his chances and how do you think he'll fare against his team-mate Jenson Button ? You can vote above

Oh ho...Rubinho will walk all over the self proclaimed multiple F1 champion without winning a single race!

I would give Rubens 3 races to have an upper hand on Button. He knows how to work the car to his advantage(things learnt from michael there  )

I agree with kapel; Barrichello will do better than Button. After all, Barrichello's spent so long w/Schuey and the Scuderia that he was due to be the "lead" driver on another team.

It will be Barrichello's first year at BAR (sorry Honda, I just can't get used to dropping BAR!!) so he will have a hard time. Button is established and Honda likes him.

As neither are World Championship material without a dominating car (sorry guys :alright: ), I reckon they'll be evenly matched and neither would win a race.

Fav. boy for last 3 years & no race win yet will hurt Button to motivate the team.Rubens is what the team needs in terms of spark.

But ur probably rgt JayVee,Honda might not win a race unless something goes wrong for the Top 4.

N Rubens might struggle for a maximum 3 races... :D

I hope you are right about Barrichello. He needs to get back to the way he used to drive in the Jordan and the Stewart. But too many years being told to follow/protect/cover for/help Michael may have some permament effect

Honda will have major problems with engines blowing in the first half of the season.

Nothing is permanent JayVee in F1
U never know,he might have learnt a few tricks from Michael & then use it on Button

We'll just have to wait & see...N Honda engines can blow up anytime in the season

Enjoy the BAR BBQ whenever it happens..oops now Honda BBQ

I do hope he shines just like as Coulthard did when he left McLaren. Lets see.
One thing is for sure, those two have their careers on the line and if one is clearly beaten by the other then they're gone!

Enjoy the Honda BBQ

If either win a race it will be due to the front runners retiring/crashing enmass. Button will trail Barrichello in the points standings at seasons end 8)

I think Barrichello is going to tar Jenson Button just like Heidfeld will blow off Jacques Villeneuve in the BMW.

The pretenders will be exposed!
