Winner: Fernando Alonso - Who else would you suggest?
Second: Kimi Raikkonen - The Merc is quick, but I have serious concerns
Third: Giancarlo Fisichella - will have some sort of problem with the car
Fourth: Mark Webber - solid race
Fifth: Nick Heidfeld - BMW coming good
Sixth: Michael Schumacher - unspectacular
Seventh: Nico Rosberg - will be unlucky not to get by MS
Eighth: Jacques Villeneuve - NH, I'm still here

Pole: Fernando Alonso - Pole is a raffle but FA is the only one that will definitely be top 3

Winner: Fernando Alonso:...in the hot or cold weather, with or without safety car, he will find the way

Second: Michael Schumacher: is now or never...

Third: Juan Pablo Montoya: he just want to beat Kimi with his new motor

Fourth: Jenson Button: he is very consistent...for a spot between 3rd and 6th

Fifth: Felipe Massa: he is learning how to deal with a potential winning car

Sixth: Jarno Trulli: I'm impress with his times at Barcelona last week

Seventh: Rubens Barrichello: I just got the feeling...

Eighth: Mark Webber: still better than Nico

Pole: Fernando Alonso: It is about time

Kimi will pay for his nonsense last laps in Melbourne forcing the motor

Winner : Jenson Button ~This has got to be his best chance so far this season

Second : Fernando Alonso~He tries hard to pass in the later stages but flat spots his tyres

Third : Juan Pablo Montoya~I don't believe it!

Fourth : Michael Schumacher~Well it is Imola

Fifth : Kimi Raikkonen~If only he hadn't run wide in quali

Sixth : Jarno Trulli~a bit of a renaissance

Seventh : Rubens Barrichello~the car the man working in harmony?

Eighth : Nick Heidfeld~Quick again but not enough attrition

Pole : Jenson Button~Devastating lap, another half a second quicker than anybody else

Winner: Fernando Alonso - The competition will fade!
Second: Juan Pablo Montoya - Won't crash out twice in a row and new engine helps
Third: Felipe Massa - I am taking a risk with this one but I need to continue moving up the rankings :D
Fourth: Giancarlo Fisichella - More powerful engine doesn't help
Fifth: Jenson Button - Starts well but goes backwards as usual
Sixth: Nico Rosberg - Good driver, familiar track,
Seventh: Jarno Trulli - His luck should turn
Eighth: Jacques Villeneuve - Have to back him although his engine may fail him!
Pole: Fernando Alonso - Gets it perfectly this time :D

T-K, what luck has Alonso inherited ? In Melbourne he was worst affected by the safety car, in Malaysia he had twice as much fuel as the rest and in Bahrain he fought Michael and beat him. Where is the luck please ? Or does he have to spin warming his tyres, lockup and flat spot his tyres or just put it into the wall then you'd call him unlucky

Hi Mates: these are picks for the next THREE races, so they're not very exciting. I'm going to be out of touch for a few weeks.
Pole: Kimi --he likes the new format better than Fernando
1. Fernando --he'll pass Kimi on the first lap and never give him a chance after
2. Kimi-- he's fast, but not lucky
3. G.F. --he has a car that any of my other picks would put on the top step
4. Michael --he still has his pride and he's lucky, too
5. JPM --he has a good car, too
6. F.Massa --never bet against a Ferrari in the points
7. Nico --if he get's lucky, he'll go higher than seventh
8. Ol Jense --the Honda is a great engine; now if he can just go FOREWARD

cheers and good racing,
jim

My picks:-

Winner : Michael Schumacher (Might as well take a chance in this race)

Second : Fernando Alonso(He'll be in top 3 always)

Third : Juan Pablo Montoya(Doesnt like pizzas much , so will concentrate on driving)

Fourth : Felipe Massa(Wild drive in this race will help him this time)

Fifth : Giancarlo Fisichella(was just 1sec off this time with new engine)

Sixth : Jenson Button(should have taken those points in Aus)

Seventh : Jarno Trulli(My turn now ralf)

Eighth : Mark Webber(Nico created problem again)

Pole : Fernando Alonso(Who else?)

Kimi will pay dearly for last lap charge in Australia, will have to change engine after Qualifying or will let go in race.Rubens has mostly struggled here, might b in points
