With rain predicted
over Silverstone today, the team decided to postpone its planned one-day test at the circuit until tomorrow when improved weather
conditions are expected.
Testing duties were, however, carried out at Monza with Anthony Davidson and Enrique Bernoldi driving
chassis 007-01 and chassis 007-03 respectively. Both drivers spent the morning acclimatising themselves to the circuit and
establishing a good balance on the cars.
Anthony spent the day working through an aerodynamic programme, covering a total of
112 laps and setting the fastest time of the day � a 01:21.887.
Enrique also ran through an aerodynamic programme, alongside
a tyre programme evaluating options for the US Grand Prix. Enrique completed a total of 127 laps.
The team will make the
decision in the morning about whether to test at Monza or Silverstone tomorrow. This is dependant on the weather situation at
Silverstone.
