Massa leads Raikkonen by 2.6 seconds

Kubica was the first to stop. He had a lighter fuel load than the others

Looks like Raikkonen is easing off. He is 3.4 seconds behind Massa now

Hamilton is dropping back from Heidfeld, 5.3 seconds is the gap. Kovalainen is slowly catching, gap 3.2 seconds.

Another close fight is Rosberg and Kubica, less than a second separates them as they fight for 7th

Congratulations to Felipe Massa on winning his second Turkish Grand Prix in a row. Raikkonen tried but couldn't match the Brazilian.
Alonso got lucky with Hamilton having a puncture but he needs to work on his starts. He appears to conservative at the start and when you are in 4th you are bound to lose places that way!
Heidfeld had a good race and managed 4th with Hamilton in 5th after managing to stay very close to the Ferraris but the puncture nearly sent him out of the race. Kovalainen is now showing what was promised of him. Rosberg was again impressive and should be in a better car while Kubica suffered from having a lighter fuel load.

The Championship is getting tighter with Hamilton just 5 points ahead of Alonso and the Ferrari pair within striking distance and it seems that the Ferraris have a slight edge at remaining European circuits. This will be a championship to remember.

Massa gets my driver of the day vote. I didn't see him make a mistake from what I saw of the race. All of the other big name drivers could have done things better even though they didn't make big mistakes.

There seemed to be a smallish crowd their. :shock:

The race itself wasn't the best to race to watch but the points table is fascinating.
