You can dream guys, that's ok!!

Alonso set his fastest time much earlier than Montoya and with less laps than Michael

I now think his Pole time will be under 1:13 ( I told you I was being conservative!!)

Montoya is good on this track but he won't match Alonso. Q2 will depend on fuel load.

As for Jordan, well that isn't surprising. Power doesn't matter here so whatever advantage they have with the Toyota engine doesn't count for much.

Friesacher is impressive though!! Albers must be scared!!
I'm back and yes supporting Alonso "The Cute" in the Ferrari!

Ferrari need to try the various Bridgestone choices on track, but I would not expect many laps from eother driver in any of the sessions today. With a full day of doing nothing tomorrow (except the top hat club), all drivers should make at least a small appearence, but I would not be surprised if some will run as little as 3 timed laps in total today.
 you must be very surprised...

And the session is underway with Zonta the first out on the track followed by Doornbos.

Zonta who is usually up in the timesheets on Friday was only 17th fastest today. That could indicate Toyota are struggling on this track.

8 more drivers are on the track including Raikkonen.

Zonta is the first to set a time, a 1:22.568 but Raikkonen is about to smash that!
