Cm was that you lurking over the back fence yesterday..... I thought I could hear someone rustling around in the bushes.
Hmmmm note to self...make sure area is sheltered before doing sun strip in back yard.

It wasn't me lurking in the bushes but I heard that Julian was skulking around somewhere.

PS How much does it take to fill up after 420kms (I assume that 420kms is just a theoretical figure. I just cant picture you actually doing it!)

I love my little car.... it is just the right size for me. Economical to run and even if it is not as fast as some it is ok... saves me getting done for speeding. Not my perfect car but good.

I was getting around 420-450 out of my 65L or so tank on a trip out west. Spent an awful lot of money on that trip, just on petrol. I was being very cautious though and filling up whenever I could. Running out of petrol in the middle of the Hay Plains is never a good idea and I was happy to avoid it.

Incidentally, on the Hay Plains, a highway cop sitting on the roof of his 4 wheel drive can get you with his speed camera at 3kms

Yeah, thank god for cruise control. I will think about the jerry cans next time. I did have around 600kg's of stone on the back so it would be hard to push.
